One pass. The whole week.
Every pass is all-inclusive. No add-ons to chase, no surprise costs at the door.
All four days plus the free evening sessions, Wednesday through Saturday.
Coffee breaks, the Block Party cookout, a luncheon, and Movie Night, all week.
You are sorted into a House at check-in. Wear your colors for the King's Cup.
The Family pass covers two adults and up to two children (12 & under) at no extra cost.

The Homecoming banquet is the one thing sold separately, so the whole community can come to it. It is included with All-Access.
Why is there more than one price?
The price rises in three steps as the convention gets closer. Pre-sale is the lowest it will ever be. Buying the same Solo pass at regular pricing costs $240 more than buying it today. Nothing about the pass changes, only when you bought it.
What does all-inclusive actually mean?
Your pass covers the whole week: every session, the free nights, all the catered food across the four days, and a House t-shirt. You are not asked to pay again on site for the things on the programme.
Which pass should I buy?
If you are coming on your own, the Solo pass. If you are bringing your household, the Family pass covers two adults and up to two children with the children free, which is cheaper than buying the adults separately. If you want the Homecoming banquet seat and the lounge included, the All-Access pass.
How do children work?
Children twelve and under come free on the Family pass, up to two of them. Beyond that a child is $39. Anyone thirteen and over needs their own pass. An extra adult on a Family pass is $199.
Is the banquet included?
The Homecoming banquet is a separate ticket so the wider community can come, and it is included with the All-Access pass. You can add a seat to any pass at checkout.
What if my plans change?
Every ticket is transferable, so it can be passed to someone else. Church and group blocks of ten or more save up to fifteen percent.

The celebration that closes the week: a seated dinner with worship, honors, and the paddle raise, open to the whole community. Your All-Access pass includes a seat, and anyone can reserve one.

Daycare for the littles, every day.
Supervised daycare keeps the youngest cared for and close, so parents can be in the room for every session. There is even a children’s gathering during the Saturday Homecoming.

What is the pre-sale?
Pre-sale is the first chance to buy, at the lowest price of the year. It runs until the first 50 registrations or August 9, whichever comes first. After that, pricing moves to early bird through December 31, then to regular for 2027.
Can I get a refund?
All registrations are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, your registration is transferable to another person at no cost, with written notice to daystar@freedomgrc.com at least five business days before the event.
What is included in a pass?
Every pass is all-inclusive: all four days and the free nights, all week food, and a conference House t-shirt. The Family pass covers two adults and up to two children, kids free.
When and where is it?
Four days in July 2027, in South Florida. The venue is being finalised and we will announce it, along with the exact dates, as soon as it is signed. Your pass is not tied to a location, so you are covered either way.
Is there care for young children?
Yes. Supervised daycare runs every day for ages 1 to 6, with a children's gathering during the Saturday Homecoming. See the daycare details above.
What about photography and media?
By registering or attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional and archival use. If you prefer not to be, let us know at the registration desk on arrival.
