Photo & Media Release
By registering for or attending FreedomGRC 2027, you grant Daystar Ministries of Fort Lauderdale, Inc. and its authorized representatives the right to photograph, film, and record you and any minors in your care during the event.
You agree that these photographs, video, and audio recordings, and any reproductions of them, may be used for promotional, archival, educational, and related purposes across print, digital, broadcast, and social media, without compensation, notice, or further approval.
If you prefer not to be featured, please notify a staff member at the registration desk when you arrive, and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request. Because sessions are recorded in full, we cannot guarantee removal from wide crowd or venue footage.
Medical Release & Liability Waiver
In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize event staff and licensed medical personnel to provide, or arrange for, emergency medical care for you and any minors in your care. You are responsible for your own health, safety, and personal property throughout the event.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Daystar Ministries of Fort Lauderdale, Inc., its officers, staff, volunteers, and the host venue from any and all liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from your participation, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
By registering, you confirm that every attendee in your party is participating voluntarily and at their own risk, and that any minors in your party do so under your supervision and consent.
Cancellation & Transfer Policy
All registrations for FreedomGRC 2027 are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, your registration is fully transferable to another person at no additional cost. To transfer a registration, send written notice to daystar@freedomgrc.com at least five business days before the event, including the original registrant's name and the new attendee's full name and contact information.
Passes purchased at the pre-sale, early bird, or group rate keep their pricing when transferred. Add-on purchases, including Homecoming banquet seats, follow the same non-refundable and transferable terms as the pass they are booked with.
