When and where is it?
Three days in July 2027 at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs in Coral Springs, Florida. Final dates announcing soon.
What is included with my pass?
Every pass includes the mainstage, the real-life tracks, the marketplace, and the free evening services. All-Access adds both catered lunches and reserved seating. VIP adds a Freedom Charity Ball seat and the lounge.
Is there something for my children?
Yes. A full youth experience for teens and young adults runs all three days, plus a supervised children’s track. Bring the whole house.
Can I come for just one day?
Yes. Day passes are available, and the evening services are free and open to the community.
Is the Freedom Charity Ball separate?
The Freedom Charity Ball is a separate ticket so the wider community can join us, and it is included with the VIP pass.
Where should I stay?
A discounted room block is held at the host hotel, the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs, so you can stay where it all happens.
When do doors open and check-in start?
Check-in opens about an hour before the first session each day. Arrive early on Thursday to get your badge and settle in.
Is parking available?
Yes. Free parking is available at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs for attendees.
Is the venue accessible?
The convention center is wheelchair accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, reach out ahead of time and we will help you plan.
Is there childcare or a nursing space?
A supervised children’s track runs alongside the main sessions, and a quiet nursing space is available. Details are sent before the event.
What should I wear?
Come comfortable. Rooms can run cool, so bring a light layer. The Freedom Charity Ball is dressier, with a heritage white and ankara theme.
Can I watch online if I cannot travel?
Yes. The mainstage and the free evening services stream in the app, so you can join from anywhere.
